Shipping policy

General Information

  1. As our customer, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout, as products that are returned to us as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee. Charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
  2. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  3. We reserve the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the products within the order.
  4. Orders can only be placed through the webstore. We do not accept orders over the phone or by mail.

 Delivery Location

  1. Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses within Australia.

Delivery Time

  1. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. The delivery dates are estimates only. We will do all that we can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to always be possible. Please note that while our third-party courier provides a reliable service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package by contacting us.
  2. Depending on the nature of the products ordered, we will arrange for delivery of the products through a trusted third-party courier. Please allow [4] business days (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm) for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  3. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [4] business days of the date of your order. The estimated delivery date depends on your delivery address and is calculated from the time you receive the 'Order Shipped' email and not from the time the order was placed.
  4. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays. Please note that that there are limitations on all courier networks and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. Some remote locations such as islands can only be accessed by boat therefore normal shipping times do not apply.
  5. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Where an orders size exceeds packaging restrictions, the order may be sent in multiple parcels with multiple tracking numbers. Due to this the complete order may not arrive at the same time.
  6. If your order includes any product where the law prescribes a minimum age to purchase such items, you must ensure that a person over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law) is available to accept delivery of these products.

Shipping Costs

  1. Standard shipping charges apply to order whose total value is less than a set amount. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  2. Free standard shipping may apply to some orders, if the order exceeds a certain value. Free standard shipping is subject to change at our discretion.
  3. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
  4. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

 Damaged Items in Transport

  1. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately using the form available on the Website.
  2. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. This investigation can take up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm) and we must allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action into the whereabouts of the parcel.
  3. We are not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial),once the package has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.
  4. Anyone at your nominated delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by us to be authorized to receive the products.
